  1. Identify one or more method(s) and/or approach(es) for insuring a welcoming environment in inpatient, ambulatory and specialty healthcare settings for lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) patients
  2. Specify one way that increased awareness and knowledge of gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men’s (MSM) specific health needs and concerns has been achieved
  3. Specify one way that increased awareness and sensitivity to the intersections between Latino/a culture and identity, and LGBT identities has been achieved
  4. List two or more addiction risk factors specific to the LGBT(Q) population
  5. Identify one or more key component of Gay-affirmative treatment programs
  6. List two or more key elements of The MATRIX model for the treatment of crystal methamphetamine addiction
  7. Describe one or more way how the success of primary and secondary prevention strategies is dependent on the community involvement
  8. Identify one or more important role of hospital and clinic based LGBT(Q) medical / clinical services
  9. Identify one or more important role of local and state public health departments in LGBT(Q) health and wellness
  10. Identify one or more important role of community-based services in LGBT(Q) health and wellness

  12. Describe one or more reason(s) why access to person-centered culturally appropriate primary, secondary and specialized services and resources for LGBT(Q) preventive health is important
  13. Describe one or more reason(s) why care coordination, including referrals for LGBT(Q) healthcare services and person-centered support services including peer to peer and mutual aid is important
  14. Briefly describe the important role of a continuum of LGBT(Q) care services
