We’ve tried to design CE Sally to be simple and easy-to-use. We understand problems do occur, however, and are prepared to help. If you are having problems with the site, please check to see if your question or issue is covered in the Frequently Asked Questions below.

I have a question on a learning activity. Who do I contact?

Please contact the association responsible for the learning activity itself.

You may find the association information on the learning activity overview page. The CE Sally support staff is not able to answer learning activity specific questions and any.

What’s a “learning activity” – is it the same as a course?

Yes. We use learning activity as a phrase to describe courses, webinars, homestudy programs, etc.

Why can’t I see the same activities as my co-workers?

The learning activities that you’re able to see depends on the permission level the association assigned to the activities.

Perhaps they set the visibility to "association members only" and your account is not yet connected to their association.

Please contact the association directly for more information.

When will my completed learning activities be submitted to CPE Monitor?

Your completed activities will automatically be submitted to CPE Monitor when you complete your To-do List.

When will my completed learning activities show up on CPE Monitor?

Your completed activities will show up on CPE Monitor within 24-36 hours.

I’m being told my account is not active. What does this mean?

Shortly after you signed up we sent you a confirmation email which included a link to activate your account. If you can’t find this email, we can resend it.

I’m not getting any email from cesally.com. What should I do?

There’s a chance that emails we’ve sent you have ended up in your Spam or Junk folder. What might help is for you to add support@cesally.com to your email address book. Chances are better that emails we send to you will then be delivered to your Inbox.

If email from our site is not arriving in your Inbox and is also not in your Junk/Spam folder, please contact your IT department. They will be able to help your further troubleshoot this issue.

Where do I unsubscribe from your email campaigns?

I’m having problems signing in. Can you help?

Most difficulties signing in are related to incorrect passwords. Please be sure you’re typing your password directly as shown, paying special care to the case.

We recommend that you type them and not copy and paste as this can introduce unwanted characters into the password field.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Please visit our Forgot Password page and enter the email address you provided when signing up. After a few minutes you should receive an automated email from our website. In this email there will be a personalized link which allows you to reset your password directly.

Please note: passwords are case sensitive and must be entered in twice exactly the same for confirmation.

I try to sign-in but my account is locked. What should I do?

For security precautions, your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts. Please visit our Forgot Password page and enter the email address you provided when signing up. After a few minutes you should receive an automated email from our website. In this email there will be a personalized link which allows you to reset your password directly.

Can you retrieve or reset my password for me?

No, for security reasons, we cannot retrieve or reset the password for any member.
