Subject Description

This program reviews the impact of the influenza virus and vaccines, including: data on vaccine effectiveness; evidence on strategies optimizing vaccination rates; factors in product selection of vaccines; and vaccine and antiviral therapies in clinical scenarios.

All speaker conflicts (listed on the handout) were resolved through peer review. Any planning committee conflicts were noted and resolved as well. To receive credit, participants must complete the pre-test, post-test and a program evaluation. This activity is supported by an educational grant from Sanofi Pasteur U.S.
